That reminds me that I want the ITG air filter. Man I would do horrible things for that engine.

Hey Ghost,
I've been meaning to ask you. What all have you done to your motor? I'm planing the changes to my 280Z motor and was curious.

There were some replicas but I couldn't get any, I go to Japan sometimes and I never got a really good answer. I got Enkei Compes instead. Right color, kind of like a hybrid Watanabe, I like them. Our Toyota forklift matches.

Nothing worth noting, just triple webers. My Z is still garaged until I'm out of college and can afford to fix the rust or replace it with a better runner.

How bad can the rust be? ;)
My hood hinge mounts are bad, also behind the radiator support. And my passenger floorboard.
I've been waiting to call Datsun Spirit, but I think that's who I'll talk to about mods. I've emailed with Top End Performance in Cali. No call to Rebello yet.

HELL YES.
Nissan Fairlady Z 432R.
A gorgeous vehicle.
I would love to have the skill, money, time, and tools to build an S30 or even an S130 tribute car, with a copper metallic paint job, and the blacked-out hood, wheels, trim, and aero-kit.
I have often wondered if a tribute car (not an original, nor a truly accurate replica car) would look cool with the fender filler panels, and the windshield cowl panel, and the inboard edges of the headlight buckets would look good in the same matte black as the hood, all the way to the base of the windshield.
I have some ideas for a central hood scoop at the front of the raised center of the hood, and some classic-style-louvered vents on either side of that raised hood spine.
